Alta Gr\u00e0cia<\/b> project was born from the dialogue between Urban Pulse<\/b> and three great architects: Luc\u00eda and Borja Ferrater and Ignasi Fontcuberta. Combining good design and a high-quality product that meets the needs of the new generations. <\/p>\n

This dialogue highlights: architecture and sustainability, both becoming the main essential values of the project. A response to wellness that offers the maximum quality and comfort and guarantees an environment improvement and a better quality of life. <\/p>\n

We have carried out multiple studies in order to achieve the highest quality. The building<\/b> offers the most advantageous options at all levels: a unique location, excellent quality and high energy efficiency.

Office of Architecture in Barcelona<\/strong>, OAB<\/strong>, is a unique and internationally laboratory of ideas that brings innovation and a high degree of rigorousness to each project.<\/p>\n

OAB<\/strong> combines the experience of a recognised and innovative team, headed by Carlos Ferrater<\/strong>, and the strength of a young company. Two qualities that allow them to carry out projects of great complexity, both in form and structure. <\/p>\n

Luc\u00eda Ferrater<\/strong>, founding partner of Office of Architecture in Barcelona<\/b>, OAB<\/b>. Architect by the Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Arquitectura de Barcelona, ETSAB (UPC), teacher, lecturer, exhibitor, author of publications and recognised with several awards in the sector. For Luc\u00eda Ferrater, architecture is almost a vital issue, and she believes that a house is not a private matter for the person who commissions or builds it, but that all its users must like it. <\/p>\n

Borja Ferrater<\/strong>, founding partner of Office of Architecture in Barcelona<\/b>, OAB<\/b>. Architect and PhD in architecture from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, UIC, teacher, lecturer, published author, juror and winner of several awards. Borja shares with Luc\u00eda his passion and an integral vision of architecture, he appreciates projects of all sizes, as long as they allow him to develop his full potential, in constant interaction with the environment. <\/p>\n

ESTUDI BIGA<\/strong> is an interdisciplinary cooperative made up of architects and interior designers. They all share years of experience and a sensitive approach to place, materiality and the environment. This is the origin of their global vision driven by bioclimatic strategies and bio-construction systems, which allow them to improve users\u2019 comfort and the energy efficiency of buildings. <\/p>\n

Ignasi Fontcuberta Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>. Architect by the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya UPC and founding partner of Estudi Biga, teacher and researcher, specialist in sustainability. <\/p>\n
