Alta Gràcia project was born from the dialogue between Urban Pulse and three great architects: Lucía and Borja Ferrater and Ignasi Fontcuberta. Combining good design and a high-quality product that meets the needs of the new generations.
This dialogue highlights: architecture and sustainability, both becoming the main essential values of the project. A response to wellness that offers the maximum quality and comfort and guarantees an environment improvement and a better quality of life.
We have carried out multiple studies in order to achieve the highest quality. The building offers the most advantageous options at all levels: a unique location, excellent quality and high energy efficiency.
Urban Pulse brings its cosmopolitan vision and the clear intention to create a lasting, efficient and sustainable building, which is well integrated into its environment and well connected to the entire city.

OAB, Office of Architecture in Barcelona
Office of Architecture in Barcelona, OAB, is a unique and internationally laboratory of ideas that brings innovation and a high degree of rigorousness to each project.
OAB combines the experience of a recognised and innovative team, headed by Carlos Ferrater, and the strength of a young company. Two qualities that allow them to carry out projects of great complexity, both in form and structure.
Lucía Ferrater, founding partner of Office of Architecture in Barcelona, OAB. Architect by the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona, ETSAB (UPC), teacher, lecturer, exhibitor, author of publications and recognised with several awards in the sector. For Lucía Ferrater, architecture is almost a vital issue, and she believes that a house is not a private matter for the person who commissions or builds it, but that all its users must like it.
Borja Ferrater, founding partner of Office of Architecture in Barcelona, OAB. Architect and PhD in architecture from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, UIC, teacher, lecturer, published author, juror and winner of several awards. Borja shares with Lucía his passion and an integral vision of architecture, he appreciates projects of all sizes, as long as they allow him to develop his full potential, in constant interaction with the environment.
To both of them, sustainability is intrinsic to each of their projects and complements and enhances the conditions of the environment.
ESTUDI BIGA
ESTUDI BIGA is an interdisciplinary cooperative made up of architects and interior designers. They all share years of experience and a sensitive approach to place, materiality and the environment. This is the origin of their global vision driven by bioclimatic strategies and bio-construction systems, which allow them to improve users’ comfort and the energy efficiency of buildings.
Ignasi Fontcuberta Gutiérrez. Architect by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC and founding partner of Estudi Biga, teacher and researcher, specialist in sustainability.
Alta Gràcia is an habitable space that takes into consideration the future of its residents as well as the environment, something aligned with Fontcuberta’s projection of the project. The result_ energy savings in consumption.
2. Project Manager:
ANCAP
In the implementation of our Alta Gracia project we are also supported by ANCAP, a company integrated in the Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology. Its team is characterised by a comprehensive professional profile, a focus on results and a management capacity that surrounds the entire project, speeding up its execution and minimising the risks.
Enrique Anguera and Joaquim Capella Llovera are the managers of ANCAP, specialists in construction company management as Project Managers of Alta Gràcia guarantees the safe execution of the operation and benefits our clients.
