Energy efficiency has been very present in the design of the project:

In Alta Gràcia, all the flats have exterior rooms that maximize natural light in the interiors and offer a greater ventilation of the spaces.
To make the most of this natural light, Alta Gràcia construction unveils an innovative rounded-shaped building, which brings warmth to the interiors during all the seasons, reducing in this way energy dependency.
Alta Gràcia has a spacious interior courtyard, open from the first floor, to ensure safe and adequate ventilation and natural light.
The result is a homely, quiet and safe 11 apartment’s building.

Facilities:

Alta Gràcia’s facilities are designed with the aim of avoiding thermal loss, maintaining interior comfort, and guaranteeing superior acoustic insulation.

- The building is equipped with aerothermal technology, an excellent heating and water circulation system that reduces energy waste. This air-to-water heat system is based on heat generators that recover thermal energy from the air.
- Thanks to Alta Gràcia’s excellent soundproofing, with double-glazed windows, the flats are completely soundproof and, at the same time, better isolated from the outside weather conditions.
- Efficient air-conditioning system in the 11 flats in Alta Gràcia, which is an outstanding example of environmental energy efficiency.
- An internal electrical programming system that helps to optimise consumption and reduce energy waste, favouring control.
- Alta Gràcia’s smart lift, which has a “sleep” function, reducing unnecessary community electricity consumption.

Materials:

In the construction of Alta Gràcia we chose local materials, which reduce the carbon footprint in transport.
Local suppliers have been selected due to their implication in reducing environmental impact during the construction process.
We have given priority to local companies when signing the agreements with development and construction companies.
